1. What types of slurry pumps do you supply?

Our main range covers horizontal slurry pumps (heavy-duty and small-to-medium duty), vertical slurry pumps (sump and cantilever / submerged variants), submersible slurry pumps, sand & gravel pumps, and a full set of wear-resistant spare parts — impellers, volute liners, throat bushes, cover plate liners, frame plate liners, expellers, shaft sleeves and bearing assemblies.

2. Are your spare parts interchangeable with Warman^® pump parts?

Our wet-end parts cover the AH, AHF, MCR and TC families and are dimensionally interchangeable with the corresponding Warman^® parts. Material grade is selected according to the operating condition. Material certificates and dimensional reports are available on request.

3. How do I choose between a rubber-lined and a metal-lined pump?

As a general starting rule:

• Rubber liners are usually preferred for fine particles, lower head and continuous duty.

• Metal liners (typically high-chrome white iron) are usually preferred for coarse particles, higher heads and aggressive abrasive duties.

The final choice should be made on the full operating envelope — flow, head, slurry concentration, particle size and pH together — not on a single value.

4. What materials are available for wet-end parts?

• High-chrome white iron (A05 / equivalent grades) for heavy abrasive duties.

• Natural rubber, synthetic rubber and polyurethane for finer particles and lower-impact duties.

• Ductile iron and stainless steel for shaft, frame and non-wetted parts where required.

Material selection is matched to the duty. Material certificates can be supplied per shipment.

5. What information should I send for a technical recommendation?

To give you a useful recommendation, please include:

• Flow rate (m³/h) and total head (m).

• Slurry concentration by weight and maximum particle size.

• Suction pipework, submergence depth and distance to the suction.

• Duty cycle (hours per day, planned shutdown frequency).

• Existing pump model if it is a retrofit, and the parts you are looking to replace.

With this data we can usually propose a starting specification on the first reply.

6. What is your typical lead time?

Standard wet-end parts are usually available from finished stock. Frames, large liners and parts made to order have a longer lead time which is confirmed with each quote. Shipping time depends on the destination port and the chosen transport mode.

7. What documents are supplied with each shipment?

• Commercial invoice and packing list.

• Material certificate (on request).

• Heat-treatment record (on request).

• Dimension report (on request).

• Test report (hydrostatic, performance, or other, depending on the order).

Documents are matched to the customer requirement and to the destination market regulations.

8. What warranty do you offer?

Warranty terms are defined per order and per part family. For standard wet-end parts, our warranty is normally tied to the documented operating duty rather than a fixed time period. The exact wording is included with the order confirmation.

9. Do you provide installation and commissioning support?

We provide installation guidance, alignment notes and a written commissioning checklist with every pump order. For larger or more complex installations, on-site engineer dispatch can be arranged on request.

10. What industries do you serve?

11. Which regions do you typically ship to?

We ship to most regions where mining and aggregate processing is active, including Latin America, Africa, Southeast and Central Asia, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and parts of Oceania. We work both with direct buyers and with trading companies acting on behalf of end users.

12. Can you customize pump specifications?

Yes. For unusual duties — non-standard flow / head combinations, special materials, restricted inlet conditions — we typically propose a custom configuration alongside the catalogue option. Lead time and minimum order quantity depend on the level of customization.

13. How do I order spare parts?

Please send the existing part drawing or a photo of the worn part together with the pump model and the part name. With that we can confirm dimensional compatibility and quote the part in our standard catalogue. For frequently used items, we can also discuss a stocking arrangement.

14. Do you have relevant certifications?

Our factory operates under a documented quality management system and can supply material certificates, heat-treatment records and selected third-party test reports per order. Specific certification requirements (CE, EAC, ISO documentation, etc.) should be mentioned at the inquiry so we can match the documentation to the destination market.

15. How can I contact your sales team?
